Keeping Healthy Kids Healthy
Well Child Information
Interaction between you, your child and our medical staff allows us to monitor your child's growth and development. Immunizations are a very important part of your child's health and well being, and keeping current with his/her immunizations helps protect against preventable childhood diseases.
Well child appointments should be made well in advance, preferably six to eight weeks before the day on which you would like your child's appointment to be.
Please click here to download and fill out the Ages & Stages Development Checklist and bring it with you to your child's appointment.
