After Hours Calls

Our office has a dedicated Pediatric Nursing after hours line for you urgent concerns

Call our main office number at 541-884-1224, and follow the prompt to get you connected to an after hours registered triage nurse. You will be given advice via the Barton Schmitt Pediatric Guidelines protocols. They will then direct you to either call the office when we are open for an appointment, or direct you the the ER or your local Urgent Care Center if needed.


We have 2 options available for Urgent Care vs the ER.

Best Med Urgent Care at 3737 Shasta Way.

  • Their hours are Monday - Thursday 7am to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 7am -7pm.


Sky Lakes Immediate Care Located at 2821 Daggett Ave Suite 201 (2nd floor).

  • They are open 7 days a week from 8am - 8pm.


We encourage you to refer to our child health resources, when practical, before calling the office.

Emergencies

If an emergency should arise, please call 911.

Emergencies are considered to be those conditions that are life-threatening: loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, seizure, etc. In the case of minor emergencies (lacerations, cuts, mild fractures, sprains), please call our office first for instructions.
