Appointments
Please arrive 15 minutes early for appointments. Bring a list of all of your child's medications and their immunization card, in addition to your questions and concerns.
If your child is well and needs a routine exam, please call our office at 541-884-1224 to make an appointment. We recommend scheduling these at least 2-3 months in advance.
We keep a time slots open everyday for sick children, and for same-day appointments for injuries or symptoms that require immediate attention.

If you do seek medical care elsewhere, please be sure to ask them to send a copy of your visit records to us, so we can keep your file complete and current.
Longer appointment times are available for more chronic complex issues. These will need to be booked further in advance for the time required for these visits.
Schedule An Appointment
To help provide timely service to our patients, we will schedule all visits, no walk in appointments are available.
If you are later than 10 minutes for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment depending on how busy we are. If we are still able to see you , you may have a longer wait time.
Appointment Required
All visits require an appointment except in the case of an emergency. Unfortunately, we are unable to see your child if you walk in without an appointment. We will ask you to return later in the day or when the schedule allows.
Sick Appointments
We make every effort to schedule appointments for sick children on the day that you call us. Please call our office ahead of time for a sick child appointment.
If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to an appropriate facility.
Well Appointments
Did you know regular well child visits are one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy? Well child visits also provide you with the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your child’s health.
Your child should have a well child visit as recommended by the AAP. We request that you call our office 2-3 months in advance to schedule an appointment with your child's primary care provider on the date that best fits your needs.
