All Parents and Patients Sky Lakes Medical Center is offering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine free of charge to all patients over the age of 12. Walk-in hours are available Monday-Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The COVID clinic is located in the old Cascades East Medical Center. Call 833-606-4370 to schedule an appointment
