FREEDOM FROM SMOKING
An American Lung Association curriculum offered in the evening by Sky Lakes and midday by Cascade Health Alliance (CHA). It is a seven week course that meets 1-2 hours once a week for only $25. Medication is offered at no cost if all sessions are completed (for CHA clients).

OREGON QUIT LINE
The Quit Lines offers free help from people who know what you're going through. The Quit Line offers cessation counseling, 2 weeks of nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) free, and other materials are available. The Quit Line is provided by the Oregon Department of Human Services Tobacco Prevention and Education Program.

TRIBAL MEMBERS
Klamath Tribal Health offers cessation products from the pharmacy where the pharmacists also offer medication and cessation education. Members will also receive a "Quit Kit" filled with a guide to quit smoking, additional information and other goodies to help members quit. Tribal members are also referred to the Oregon Quit Line or the Freedom From Smoking program.

LUNG HELPLINE
The American Lung Association offers a self-help guide, clinics (Freedom From Smoking classes), online help 24 hours a day, and the call center where you can speak with Registered Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialists, and counselors.
